Tennessee Fire Service and Code Enforcement Academy

Located on 330 acres in Bedford County, TN (approximately 15 minutes south of Murfreesboro, TN) the Tennessee Fire Service and Code Enforcement Academy (TFACA) was developed as a centralized instruction and training facility for the state's fire and code enforcement personnel.  In addition to classroom and dormitory facilities, the campus includes a six-story training/burn tower complete with computer controls for firefighting scenarios and training.  For code enforcement students, a two-story prop house provides a unique opportunity to view various construction elements and potential deficiencies in a training environment.
