According to Chief Jonathan Finley of the Campbell County Sheriff's Department, firefighters were called to Adam Hollow Lane around 1:45 am.

When they arrived, the home was fully engulfed in flames.  Joyce Powers, 44, was found dead inside the home.  Several other people escaped the fire without injury.

An autopsy is being performed Tuesday to determine how Powers died.  The cause of the fire has not been determined.
