The Board of Directors is comprised of 15 individuals elected by the members of the Association.

The Officers of the Association shall be a President, West Vice-President, Middle Vice-President,

East Vice-President, Secretary, and Treasurer.

The Officers and other members of the Association duly elected and the immediate past President shall constitute the Board of Directors.

The Board of Directors works year-round to plan and prepare for the annual educational and training conference held each November.  Board Members meet at least quarterly to discuss Association business but may convene more frequently when the need arises.
